How to Book
Contact the Parish Administrator to make a booking. A booking form and hire agreement must be completed. Organisations require evidence of appropriate third-party insurance cover. Individuals booking for short periods (e.g., baptism celebrations) without third-party insurance use facilities at their own risk. Alcohol may be brought for private consumption but cannot be sold without a drinks license from South Gloucestershire Council, obtained before the booking date. Hirer is responsible for sensible consumption and liable for damages/injury due to inappropriate behavior. Hire charges are reviewed annually and usually increase by 25p per hour each subsequent calendar year.
