How to Book
To book, complete a booking form. Booking is confirmed once the 'Terms of Use' are read, agreed to, and a non-refundable holding deposit of 25% of the hire fee (or minimum £35, whichever is greater) is paid. The full hire fee balance must be paid 3 weeks before the date of hire. Hirers are responsible for ensuring all conditions are met, including liability for injuries/losses, safety of attendees, keeping fire exits clear, no smoking, obtaining alcohol licenses, preventing nuisance to residents, cleaning the hall (including kitchen and toilets), removing all waste, and vacating on time. Only Blu-tack style adhesive should be used for wall decorations.
