How to Book
To check availability, call 01825 762774 with date(s) required, number attending, start/end times (including setup/clearup), and whether it's a non-commercial or commercial booking. A provisional booking requires your name, company/organisation, billing address, contact details, and brief booking details. A booking form, catering form, and additional equipment/layout forms will need to be completed and returned. Confirmation will be sent, and an invoice issued at least 28 days prior to the booking, payable within 14 days. Full hire charge is payable if booking is cancelled within 14 days of the event date. For Saturday and Sunday bookings, keys must be collected from the Civic Centre Office on Friday before 4:00 PM and returned on Monday. A £15 refundable cash deposit is required for the key.
