How to Book
Bookings can be made online via a booking form or by requesting a form via email or telephone. Booking is not confirmed until official confirmation is received. Invoices are sent at least 28 days prior to the booking, with payment due within 14 days. Bookings made within 28 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are subject to the Council's Terms and Conditions. Hirer may not transfer or sublet consent. Smoking is not permitted in the Hall. Hirer is responsible for arrival and departure in accordance with booking confirmation times. For alcohol sales, hirer must apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Wealden District Council and provide proof 30 days prior to the event.
