All bookings are made online via the website, requiring registration/login. Booking requests are acknowledged via email. Payment must be made prior to the event to avoid cancellation. Hirers must allow sufficient setup and clear-up time for their event. Hirers wishing to use inflatables must provide Clanfield Memorial Hall trustees with a copy of their contractor insurance policy before the booking can be confirmed. Hirers wishing to sell alcohol will need to apply for a license from East Hampshire District Council (EHDC). If booking larger events for the Main Hall, it may be required to book all rooms as it would be difficult to hire adjacent rooms separately.
