How to Book

Booking Clerk: Claire Moss. Balance of invoice required 6 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellation Policy: 12 weeks notice required; otherwise, the security deposit may be retained. Booking Process: Use the online booking system to select dates and enter details. No payment taken at the time of enquiry; a team member will contact you via email. An invoice will be forwarded if the booking is confirmed. Important Notes: Hirers are responsible for all licensing for their event. Permission must be obtained from the committee if an inflatable is to be used. Only indoor-suitable bouncy castles are permitted inside. Hirer to provide a copy of any entertainment insurance before the event. Hirer is liable for all reasonable costs incurred for any loss or damage during or arising from the period of hire. Hirer must be over 18 and present at the premises during the entire hire period. Allow 1 hour between bookings to avoid overlap. The Trustees accept no liability for the property of any organisation or person whilst in or stored on the premises. All items are at owners' risk. Cars are parked in the Car Park at owners' risk. Discounts are available for residents of Clapham and Patching and for Village organizations (enquire with booking secretary).
