How to Book
Minimum booking hours: 2. Only persons over the age of 18 can book the Village Hall. Business, Commercial or Political Hirers must confirm they have Public Liability Insurance. No alcohol is permitted on the premises during a child's party (under 15). If an event finishes at midnight (or 11 PM on a Sunday), at least 3 hours must be booked on the following morning for clear up. The key must remain on site at all times; either in someone's possession at the hall or secured in the box, including overnight. A £10 fine will be charged if the key is not replaced and secured in the box or handed to the next hirer. If the key is lost, the hirer is liable for replacement lock and keys. If a Bouncy Castle or Soft Play Equipment is hired, a copy of the supplier's Public & Products Liability Insurance MUST be sent to the Booking Administrator prior to use. No smoking or vaping is allowed within the hall premises.
