How to Book

Reservations can be made online through our website, in-person during office hours, or by emailing our facility services team. A minimum of 14 days notice is required for reservations. Rentals outside of regular operating hours may require 30 days notice. Facilities can be reserved up to six months in advance, with some venues allowing bookings up to two years ahead. Cancellation policies vary; please refer to your rental agreement or contact the facility directly. If payment hasn't been made, email to cancel without penalty. Full payment is typically due 60 days before the rental date. If booking within 60 days, full payment is due at the time of rental. Rooms are generally not available for commercial purposes, such as teaching classes or activities involving fee collection for goods/services. Any time required for decoration or event setup must be included in the rental request and contract. Alcohol may be allowed but often requires an additional deposit and is subject to special rental conditions. No overnight storage of items unless consecutive dates are reserved. Discounted rental rates may be available for residents or non-profit organizations. An on-site attendant may be provided to assist with needs.
