How to book
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and deposit. Full charge must be paid no less than 14 days before the booking, or when returning the application form if closer to the hire date. A deposit of £50 (or £100 at weekends) is required at the time of booking and is refundable if there is no damage or infringement of conditions. Hirer responsibilities: Accept full responsibility for observing conditions of hire. Not use premises for any other purpose or rooms than specified. Keep foyers clear. Responsible for the good conduct of all attendees. Nominate a competent person for fire safety. Vacate and clean the hall by the end of the booking time to avoid deposit forfeiture. A discount is offered to local members hiring rooms for special occasions.
