How to Book
Telephone 01323 431336 to enquire about availability. Provisional booking can be held for up to one week after phone enquiry. Return a completed and signed booking form and deposit within one week for confirmation. Full payment required two weeks before the event, along with any requested damage deposit. Visit the Centre a few days before the event to pick up a key and discuss access and lockup. Booking form available for download (Adobe PDF format) and must be signed. The premises do not have a licence for the supply or sale of alcohol. The building is a 'NO SMOKING' venue. Not able to accept room bookings from Health & Fitness groups.
