Compton Village Hall has been completely redecorated inside and out, with a new kitchen installed and equipped with a catering-size oven and deep freeze. Walls, ceilings, and windows in the main hall, committee room, and toilets have been refurbished. Exterior iron railings, doors, and woodwork have also been treated. It is suitable for a wide range of events including weddings, parties, meetings, seminars, classes, drama, choirs, band practices, receptions, lunches, wakes, shows, plays, and panto.

How to Book

Reduced charges are available for Compton Parish residents and charity fundraising events (enquire with Bookings Secretary). No deposit is required, but hirers are responsible for damage or excess cleaning costs. Special conditions apply if alcohol is to be sold. Charges apply to one-off bookings; reduced rates may be quoted for regular (weekly) bookings. Bookings longer than specified hours incur a pro-rata hourly charge at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary. Hiring charges include use of furniture and crockery.
