How to Book
Enquiries can be made by emailing [email protected] or calling 020 7837 6138. Once a hire is agreed, the booking is held for 3 working days. Payment in full is required to confirm, accepted via credit/debit card or cash. All cancellations and postponement requests must be made at least thirty days prior to the booking date for a refund. Discounted 3-hour children's party slots are available, bookable by selecting 'Kids Parties' under the facility section on their booking widget. Full terms and conditions are available on the Coram's Fields website. Availability can be viewed and bookings made via a widget on their website. All set up must take place within the paid-for booking period. On the day of hire, the hall will be unlocked and ready, and a member of ground staff will ensure everything in order.
