How to Book

Contact Countesthorpe Parish Council office via phone or email for availability. Room bookings can be provisionally held for 5 days. A completed hire agreement and deposit payment are required to confirm a booking. Invoice for remaining balance and refundable bond issued approximately six weeks before the event, payment required prior to the event. For regular hirings, 7 days' notice required for a refund. Deposit is non-refundable for private functions. Hirer must complete a hire agreement and provide public liability insurance if the event is open to the public. Set-up and clearing away time must be included within the booked hours. Caretaker opens and locks the premises for daytime and regular hirings. Bar Manager in attendance when the bar facility is requested. No alcoholic drinks can be brought onto the premises by the hirer for Friday and Saturday evening bookings after 6pm, as bar use is mandatory. Corkage applies for own wine/champagne for toasts/welcome drinks with prior notification.
