How to Book

Minimum of 4 hours hire during the day and 3 hours in the evening (includes set-up and clear-away time). No booking is confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. Cancellation Policy: Less than 5 working days notice: Full fee payable. One week to one month notice: 50% of the full fee payable. Over one month notice: 10% admin charge. Fully refunded if Dragon Hall closes due to Covid-19 regulations. Early opening fee before 9am: £30. Charity rates are offered. A local resident rate of £100 for a 4-hour minimum is available with proof of address. Exclusive hire is considered, but often not available due to community activities.
