How to Book
All bookings are self-service. A QR code for facility access will be received on the morning of the event and will expire when the booking finishes. Customer must bring all items needed for their booking (e.g., projector, yoga mats, party decorations, cleaning materials, food, drinks, catering items, extension leads/adapters). Customer is responsible for setting up the space and returning it to its original condition within the booked timeframe. Customer is responsible for ensuring guests behave appropriately and respect the venue. Customer must clean the space after use (removing rubbish, wiping down surfaces, returning furniture). No assistance will be available on-site. A contact number for emergencies only will be located on the wall in the kitchen.
