How to Book

All booking requests must be submitted through the online booking system. Availability can be checked via the calendar on their website. An admin team will review requests and confirm price and availability. New hirers can book a complimentary hall viewing slot. Bookings must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the hire period. A refundable security deposit may be required. The venue operates on a self-serve basis. Hirers receive an individual access code via email approximately 48 hours before the hire period starts. The key is in a keysafe on the door, with the access code sent 3 days prior to booking. All Standard Hourly bookings include 1 hour free of charge for setting up and clearing up. All setup and cleanup must be completed within the hire period. Hire charges are fixed annually between April 1st and March 31st of the following year. New rates are reviewed and published annually in January. Bookings made in advance for the following year, prior to the publication of new charges, are subject to potential changes. Specific rates are not publicly listed; please use the online booking system for an estimated cost or contact the booking enquiries email. A 1-hour discount (£15 off) is automatically applied to all Standard (Hourly hire) bookings at checkout for setup and cleanup.
