How to book
The hall can be booked for regular hire or one-off events. For hall viewings and bookings, contact the provided phone number or email. All evening functions must be booked by a responsible adult aged 25 or over, who must remain present for the duration of the event. This person is responsible for adhering to terms and conditions and ensuring the hall and garden are cleaned. Failure to adhere to terms and conditions will result in the loss of the damage deposit. The hire period includes time for setup and clear up. Any time before or after these hours must be authorised and will be chargeable at the Council's rates. For long-term hirers, three months' notice must be given for permanent cancellation.
