How to Book
For occasional hires, full payment must be made within 3 days of provisional booking confirmation. Booking is not confirmed until deposit and balance for hire have been received in full by the Scout Group. Contact Ann Hayes to enquire about availability and booking. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit, full payment, and signed contract. Discounted rates are available for long-term daily bookings (over 6 hours with a 6-month or more agreement).
