How to Book
To book or view the hall, check hire charges and read Hiring Information documents, then contact via email ([email protected]) or phone (01722 696051). An email acknowledgement and invoice will be sent. The full hire charge is invoiced after the event, and a £300 deposit is required at least 48 hours prior to commencement. Booking confirmation and access details will be provided closer to the date. Hirer is responsible for ensuring premises are left clean and tidy, and all rubbish removed. Keys are collected from and returned to the Bookings Secretary.
