How to Book

To hire the Hall, contact the Trustees via email at [email protected] or by texting 07918648404. They are a volunteer group, so patience may be required. Viewings can be arranged. The period of hire should include time for setup and clear away. Hirers are generally expected to leave the Hall in a clean, secure, and fit state for subsequent hirers, unless cleaning costs are agreed upon with Dormansland War Memorial Hall (DWMH). Long brushes and mops are available upon request. DWMH insures the Hall and the Trustees; hirers should have their own insurance for relevant activities. Hirers must notify DWMH of any damages to the building, equipment, or items, including the floor. DWMH reserves the right to recover costs incurred due to damage. The Hall has a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and small oven with hob. Serving food requires prior discussion and agreement, potentially with additional costs.
