How to Book
To book, check the bookings calendar for availability, then contact Christine Dubery. Download and complete a booking form (MS Word or PDF) and send it to Christine Dubery via post or email. If the hirer cancels and the committee cannot secure a replacement booking, payment/repayment of the fee is at the discretion of the committee. A deposit of £200.00 is payable for dances, discotheques, or private functions, held pending inspection after the event. Indicate actual times for hall use, including setting up and clearing away. Evening hiring to be completed by 1:00 a.m. If not vacated by 1:00 a.m., premises must be cleaned and tidied by 10:00 a.m. the same morning (if no other booking), otherwise a further hire charge may apply.
