How to Book
To check availability or make a booking enquiry, email, call, or use the online hall booking page via the Durrington Town Council website. The hours required for hall hire MUST include setting up and cleaning up time. Cancellation charges: within 24 hours full charge, 24 hours to 20 days 50% charge, 21 to 30 days 25% charge, more than 30 days no charge. Consumption of alcohol requires written agreement. Sale of alcohol may require a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from North Yorkshire Council (£21, 10 clear working days notice) or can be under the Village Hall's Premises Licence if conditions are met. Hirers should not use their own electrical equipment in the hall.
