How to Book

All events must be booked to include sufficient time for set-up and breakdown. Additional time after 12 am may be booked; contact staff for details. Multiple booking discounts between 10-50% may be offered depending on the volume of events/meetings booked in a single transaction. Community rate eligibility: Available to registered charities and local groups based wholly in the Borough of Ealing (or at least 60% of membership lives in the Borough) and operating on a non-profit making basis, providing services to Ealing residents. Also applies to dance and exercise bookings demonstrating valuable services to Ealing residents at a fair price.
