About
East Quay Venue is a licensed wedding and event venue located on the East side of Whitstable harbour. Housed within one of Whitstable's oldest buildings, originally the home of the Seasalter and Ham Oyster Fishery Company, it retains its structural features and coastal heritage, offering a relaxed 'shabby-chic' ambience. It sits beside the beach with direct sea views and a private shingle beachfront section.

East Quay Venue offers exclusive use of its spaces including a Mezzanine Room (capacity 100 for ceremony), Downstairs Licensed Ceremony Area (capacity 60 for ceremony), Large Dining Room, Dance Floor with fish tank DJ booth, Fully Licensed Bar, Open-Plan Kitchen, Private Beach Front Section / Shingle Beach, and Outdoor Terrace. Seated capacity for wedding breakfast is 100 guests, and evening reception capacity is 200 guests.
