Eastcote House Gardens is a peaceful, award-winning open green space with a Tudor dovecote, stables, and walled garden, all Grade II listed. The gardens are maintained by volunteers, the Friends of Eastcote House Gardens. The Stables is a 17th-century timber-framed building, beautifully restored and surrounded by historic gardens.

How to Book
Booking form, hire payment, and £100 deposit must be received at least 4 weeks before the event. Minimum 5-hour booking for non-Hillingdon residents. Caterers require Public Liability Insurance, hygiene certification, and risk assessments at least 1 month in advance. Hirers must adhere to Terms and Conditions of Hire. All rubbish must be collected, bagged, and disposed of off-site. Standard hire times: 9am to 9pm (events must finish by 9pm). Earlier access can be arranged at an hourly rate. 1-hour extension until 10pm for clear-up may be possible for an additional charge.
