Once availability is confirmed, hirers need to read the Terms and Conditions and complete the relevant online booking form for either a single hire or a regular class/activity. Forms can also be downloaded, printed, filled offline, and emailed to Martin. Restrictions: Easton Village Hall accepts bookings for children's birthday parties and family gatherings. However, it is unable to accommodate wedding receptions or events scheduled to extend beyond 10 pm.
