How to Book
To book the hall, individuals should first contact Martin Zouch, the Bookings Secretary, to confirm date availability. Once availability is confirmed, hirers need to read the Terms and Conditions and complete the relevant online booking form for either a single hire or a regular class/activity. Forms can also be downloaded, printed, filled offline, and emailed to Martin. Restrictions: Easton Village Hall accepts bookings for children's birthday parties and family gatherings. However, it is unable to accommodate wedding receptions or events scheduled to extend beyond 10 pm.
