How to Book
Requests for booking are made to the Bookings Clerk who confirms availability and price. A provisional booking is made, and Conditions of Hire and Hire Agreement are sent out. These, along with a 50% deposit of the hire charge, must be returned within 10 days of sending out the agreement. Full balance is due 2 months before the event. If booking within 2 months, full payment is required on booking. For certain events (birthdays, anniversaries, wedding receptions), full payment or a significant deposit may be required with the Hire Agreement. Cancellation Policy: Less than 2 months before event: Hire charge payable. Over 2 months but less than 6 months: 50% of hire charge payable. Over 6 months: No charge.
