Greenbank Parish Church offers a wide range of halls and rooms for hire to the local community, accommodating sporting and performing arts organizations, youth and uniformed organizations, toddler groups, business meetings, after-school clubs, educational activities, and well-being groups. They are unable to offer halls for children's parties. Halls are fully used by a regular group on Saturdays and for Church activities on Sundays. Premises must be left clean and tidy, windows and doors shut, all lights off, and external door firmly closed. Users are responsible for providing proof of adequate insurance cover (public liability, equipment, property). Any damage to church property during occupancy will be charged to the user. Users are not permitted to occupy any other room, hall, or outside area unless previously agreed.

How to Book
To book, review available spaces, complete a no-obligation enquiry form. The Administrator will contact you to discuss details (timing, kitchen access, tables/chairs, caretaking, cost). A Booking Form will be sent detailing agreements, conditions, and cost. Sign and return the Booking Form for confirmation. Charges apply from the time of access to the time vacated, including set-up and clear-up time. Users must ensure booking time allows for setting up and clearing away. No children's parties. Halls are fully used by a regular group on Saturdays and for Church activities on Sundays.
