How to Book

Enfield Council manages several community centres, including this one. To book, you need to email Enfield Council with your preferences, desired date, and times. They will check availability and, if available, provisionally book the hall and email paperwork. Required Documents Within 5 Working Days Of Booking: Completed booking form with full details and a handwritten signature, Proof of identity (photo ID and proof of address within the last 3 months). Payment Details: Full payment is required immediately after the booking is set up on their system and an invoice is raised. A refundable deposit is also required, the amount of which depends on the hire times. The deposit is refunded if the hall is left clean, tidy, and vacated on time. Public Liability Insurance: Hirer is covered by Enfield Council's public liability insurance. If third-party providers (e.g., bouncy castle, soft play, DJ) are used, a copy of their company's public liability insurance is required. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol can be brought to the event as long as it is not charged for. Closing Time: All halls must be closed by 11:00 PM as they are in residential areas. Setup And Cleaning Time: Must be included within the booked hours.
