Situated in 5 acres of secluded grounds in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, overlooking the Avon Valley with views across to Salisbury Plain. Built in 2009, located in the Conservation Area on the edge of the village facing south. Designed to meet high environmental standards with a ground source heat pump for underfloor heating and hot water. The spacious building includes a large main hall and an open plan annex area.

A deposit of £50 for residents / £100 for non-residents is required (refundable after event if no additional charges or damage). Resident rates apply to Enford, East Chisenbury, West Chisenbury, Compton, New Town, Coombe. Residents may not hire on behalf of non-residents.
