How to book
Minimum hire period is 1 hour. Available Monday to Sunday, 07:30am to midnight. All preparation and clearing up time must be included in the booking. Overnight bookings are not permitted. A deposit is payable for all bookings in addition to hire charges, refundable after the event (manager reserves right to charge increased deposit if necessary). Hirers must read and accept Terms and Conditions before booking. Booking is confirmed upon acceptance by Ewell Hall Manager and payment of hire charge and deposit. Security cameras and video recording system are in operation 24/7 for crime prevention, detection, safety, and good management. No VAT is charged on Ewell Hall Hires or Deposits.
