How to book
To enquire, contact hall-hire@farnboroughrugby.co.uk with your desired date, times, and event details. All enquiries are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment can be made via a SumUp link (sent with confirmation) or by cash/card at the bar. Decorations are encouraged using blue tac or removable glue dots, which must be removed after the event. Access for food drop-off is from 12 PM on Saturdays (other days by arrangement). The function room is guaranteed ready by 6 PM on Saturdays. On Sundays, Mini and Junior age groups train until 12 PM. Full use of the main room, bar, and patio area is provided for hirers; club members using the lounge bar will not interfere with events.
