How to book
One-off bookings must be made online. Regular booking discussions by email. Cancellations or amendments to confirmed bookings must be made by email. Urgent requests should be marked 'urgent' in the email subject line. Bookings are not accepted by phone or email for one-off events. Emails are usually dealt with within 3 to 4 working days. Key safe code provided not more than a week prior to the event (request via [email protected]). Regular hirers may apply for a key (deposit required). Regular users are invoiced monthly in arrears. One-off and non-regular users may be asked to pay in advance. Regular users may incur an administration fee (£2) for cancellations and full charges for unreasonably frequent or late cancellations. All bookings must include time for setting up and clearing up the Hall.
