How to Book

To request a booking, users must complete the Bookings Enquiry Form available on the website. Preliminary enquiries without definite dates and times should still use this form, adding explanations in the 'Special Requests' box. The general contact form is not for booking enquiries. A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per room is due upon booking form submission. Full payment is required four weeks prior to the event. A refundable £100.00 (small events) or £200.00 (larger events) hiring bond is also required.
