How to book
Bookings are made via Hallmaster, an online availability and booking calendar system. This system allows users to see real-time availability, make new booking requests, or manage existing bookings. An invoice will be sent during the month prior to hire, with payment due on receipt. Upon payment, a receipt will be issued, including key codes for access. Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days' notice and must be sent via email to [email protected]. Hirers must allow time for setting up and clearing up within their booking. Agreement to abide by all Terms and Conditions outlined in documents such as 'Terms and Conditions', 'Disclaimer for the use of privately hired inflatables', 'Flimwell Village Hall CCTV Policy', 'Flimwell Village Hall Complaints procedure', and 'Flimwell Village Hall GDPR policy'. For events using inflatables, a copy of the public liability insurance from the hiring company must be emailed before the booking is confirmed.
