How to book
Meeting rooms can be booked hourly or daily, with discounts for half or full day bookings. A 2-5 hour minimum booking time applies to meeting rooms, varying by size. For meeting room bookings, unlimited tea & coffee is available for £5 (+VAT) per person. An external catering corkage fee of £20 (+VAT) per person applies for any external catering delivered into meeting rooms/building. Cancellations for meeting rooms require 7 working days' notice prior to booking for a refund; cancellations within 7 working days incur the full cost. Small items for events can be delivered before the event by arrangement with the events team.
