How to book
Booking requests can be made via their website's calendar, by email ([email protected]), or by phone (01223 795015). Rates vary according to the rooms hired, type of use, and hirer. Sessions are typically up to 4 hours, with longer bookings charged at a pro-rata hourly rate. Reduced rates are available for local Foxton residents and regular local groups. 50% of the hire charge is due within two weeks of booking, with the remainder due no later than two weeks before the event. Up to 50% of the hire charge may be forfeited for cancellations made less than four weeks before the booked date. Cannot be hired to anyone under 18 years of age. Large parties for non-Foxton residents may be considered depending on scale and nature. Bookings for wakes, weddings, and pre-wedding parties are generally considered only for Foxton residents (CB22 6xx). All bookings are made on the basis of acceptance of their standard Terms & Conditions of Hire and Letting Policy, available on their website.
