How to Book
Minimum booking is 2 hours. Booking will not be confirmed until both the completed form and payment by bank transfer has been received. Payment by bank transfer is preferred; details provided on booking. 4 weeks payment in advance is required for long term bookings. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice may be subject to a charge at the discretion of the Trustees. Half an hour either side of the booking is given free of charge to allow hirers to set up and clear away when hiring the Main Hall Only; this does not apply to the office or the meeting room.
