Less than four weeks notice: No refund, but rescheduling for another available date is possible (no refund once date amended). Cancellation by Southwark Council: Full refund if cancelled due to violation of licensing conditions, unlawful/unsuitable activities, premises unsuitability, or emergency community support. Southwark Council not liable for other losses. Community Rate Eligibility: Applies to registered charities or not-for-profit organisations (charity registration required).
