How to Book

Full payment required two weeks prior to booking. Payment methods: Bank transfer (Lloyds TSB Bank plc, Sort Code 30-98-77, Account Number 00276149) or Cheque payable to Frant Memorial Hall. Contact bookings for keybox code within 7 days of event. Hirer responsible for taking away all waste/rubbish; cleaning charges deducted from deposit if necessary. Cost of damage to hall, fixtures, fittings, furnishings deducted from deposit. All events must be completed by midnight. No smoking permitted anywhere within the hall. Return hall heating to 20C at thermostat and No 5 on radiators if altered. Bowling Green access is strictly out of bounds. Permission must be obtained from Bookings Officer for storing items before/after event; Hall Committee not responsible for loss/damage of such items. Hall Management Committee reserves the right to change rental rates without notice.
