How to Book
Minimum hire is 3 hours (morning, afternoon, or evening). Children's parties require a minimum of 4 hours and are for ages up to 10. Bouncy castles, soft play, and entertainers are allowed for children's parties, but confetti cannons are not. Alcohol is permitted for private consumption (BYOB), but public provision or sale requires a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Bexley Council. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100-£300 is collected approximately one month before the hire date and refunded after the event if no damage. Hire charges are non-refundable upon hirer cancellation. The latest hire time is 10:30 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on weekends. Hirers are responsible for clearing the hall, returning furniture, wiping down surfaces, and removing all refuse. The Hirer is responsible for the total cost of making good any damage to the premises, furniture, fittings, or apparatus, or for the replacement of broken/damaged articles. No furniture is to be left in the hall or back room; everything must be returned to the storeroom.
