One-off bookings: Payment in advance via telephone is essential. Weekend availability not permitted for one-off bookings. Regular bookings: Invoices raised on a monthly basis. Established and regular hirers can enter into a Key Holders Agreement with Venue Management. Cancellation policy: Over 14 days notice: No charge. Less than 14 days notice: 50% of charge. Prices are reviewed annually and any changes take effect from April 1st. Bookings overlapping financial years are subject to increased prices. One payment rate applies to all groups (specific rate not publicly available). Public Liability Insurance must be obtained by all physical activity groups prior to booking.
