Goonhavern Hall is a purpose-built space at the heart of the Goonhavern community, run by volunteers and a registered charity. It offers a Main Hall with a stage, tables, chairs, and internet, as well as a newly refurbished 'The Green Room' suitable for therapy and wellness sessions. Shared facilities include a kitchen with oven, microwave, and fridge, accessible toilets with baby change, a grassed area, and tarmac car parking. Regular weekly slots are available, with increased availability during school holiday periods. The hall is suitable for local clubs, charities, private events, local businesses, and a wide range of activities.

How to Book
Availability can be checked via an online diary. Bookings are made through an online system (Hallmaster), requiring email verification for first-time users. Hire time must include set up and clear away. A door code is provided via email upon payment for digital lock access. For one-off hires, full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice. Regular users are invoiced monthly, with full payment due within 7 days of the invoice date. Bookings are provisional until confirmed via email and payment received. Full payment is due if a booking is cancelled within 7 days or less of the booking date. The hall reserves the right to cancel upcoming bookings if payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date. Hirers must be 18+, present during hire, and responsible for proper use, cleanliness, health and safety, and fire evacuation. Accidents must be reported. Hirers are responsible for any damage. The hall accepts no responsibility for stored equipment or property. Food safety is the sole responsibility of the hirer. Businesses, charities, clubs, and organisations require their own public liability insurance. Commercial organisations/events for financial benefit require their own PRS music licence (the hall holds a PRS licence for public streaming). The committee reserves the right to refuse any hire or admission.
