How to Book

Very limited availability. Applications must be made on the booking form and sent to [email protected]. Online booking application form available for one-off events or children's parties. Total hire charge must be paid in full when the booking is made, or at least 28 days before the day of hire. Bookings are in half-hour periods, including setting up and tidying up times. Saturday and Sunday party bookings may take place between 1pm-4pm only (inclusive of setting up and tidying up). Other functions must end no later than 9:30 PM. All goods and equipment must be removed by 10:00 PM. All persons must vacate the premises by 10:00 PM.

Curfew NotesNo amplified music (due to planning restrictions from Southwark Council). Amplified sound means music or speech projected or transmitted by electronic equipment, including, but not limited to, an amplifier, loudspeakers, or similar devices. Quiet hall space. No inflatable play equipment or bouncy castles permitted. No smoking. No nails, tacks, screws, or adhesive substances on walls, floors, fittings, furniture, or structure. All areas to be kept clean and any rubbish must be removed from the premises by the hirer. Hirers must provide evidence of their own safeguarding policy or agree to adhere to the 'Safer Church' policy.
