How to Book
Minimum hire of 2 hours. Full hire fee required for short bookings, monthly in advance for regular hirers. Large events may require a 25% deposit, balance due 12 weeks prior. 18th birthday parties are not permitted. 19-21st birthday parties with alcohol are subject to specific terms and Trustee discretion, not available for non-residents. An alcohol license is required for selling alcohol. Book via website form or email. AV system hire for public events is an additional £50 per hire session per day (private events exempt).
