How to Book
To book, complete the Community Square Booking Form. If submitting via email, a signature is not required if sent from the main contact person. Provide a full programme of activities for quicker processing. An invoice will be raised and sent by email, with payment requested in full before the event. Half-day hire is for four hours (e.g., 10:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 - 18:00), and full-day hire is anything over four hours. Voluntary or non-profit organisations may qualify for a discount rate.
