How to book
To book, check availability online, then download and read the Hire Pack (containing contract and all hiring information). Complete paperwork and return with electronic payment (including security deposit) or two cheques. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of paperwork and payments, and key access information will be advised. Events involving live bands or amplified music on Sundays are not normally accepted. Events for which admission is charged require checking with the Management Committee. 18th and 21st birthday parties are not normally accepted. All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the Village Hall Committee. Children's parties require a minimum 1 adult to 8 children ratio.
