Damage deposit: £50 (required at time of booking, refunded after inspection if no damage, can take up to 28 days to be returned). Cancellation policy: 50% of booking fee up to ten days before, 90% thereafter (unless circumstances allow the hall to waive fees). The deposit may be returned or payment of the hire fee required if cancellation occurs and a replacement booking cannot be concluded.
