A purpose-built venue available for hire, located as the first building on the left off the A423 into Great Bourton. It features a large interior space with a welcoming foyer, a well-appointed kitchen, and a bar area. The hall was built as part of the Garners Field new development on land gifted by the Townsend family.

How to book
Booking contact: Sue. Please email Sue for booking enquiries (specific email address not publicly listed, but contact via phone/text is provided). Visit prior to booking can be arranged upon request. Damage deposit: £50 (required at time of booking, refunded after inspection if no damage, can take up to 28 days to be returned). Cancellation policy: 50% of booking fee up to ten days before, 90% thereafter (unless circumstances allow the hall to waive fees). The deposit may be returned or payment of the hire fee required if cancellation occurs and a replacement booking cannot be concluded. Hire fees: Rates are available 'as per calculation/rates on booking system'. Please contact Sue for specific pricing.
