How to book
Minimum hire period: 2 hours (Monday-Thursday). Prices are exclusive of VAT, catering, audio-visual equipment, and additional security. Community rates are available for registered charities and local non-profit groups providing services to Ealing residents. Multiple booking discount: 10-50% depending on volume of events/meetings booked in a single transaction. Viewing appointments can be arranged by contacting the Hospitality and Events team. Additional time booking is possible in the run-up to the event, but not on the day itself. Event booking includes sufficient time for set-up and breakdown. Prices are applicable for events held before the end of March 2026. Ealing Council reserves the right to amend prices at any time without notice. For premium dates like New Year's Eve, contact the Hospitality & Events team for more information.
