How to Book
Minimum hire period: 2 hours (Monday-Thursday). Prices are exclusive of VAT, catering, audio-visual equipment, and additional security. Community rates are available for registered charities and local non-profit groups providing services to Ealing residents. Multiple booking discount: 10-50% depending on volume of events/meetings booked in a single transaction. Viewing appointments can be arranged by contacting the Hospitality and Events team. Additional time booking is possible in the run-up to the event, but not on the day itself. Event booking includes sufficient time for set-up and breakdown. Prices are applicable for events held before the end of March 2026. Ealing Council reserves the right to amend prices at any time without notice.
