How to Book
Online availability check available on website. Viewing appointments strictly by appointment only. One quarter (25%) of the total hire charge shall be paid when the booking is made and is non-returnable in case of hirer cancellation. The balance is due 14 days before the hire date. Cancellation by the hirer within 7 days of the date incurs forfeiture of 50% of the hire charge. No 16th, 18th, or 21st birthday parties permitted. Bookings may not be made by or in the name of any person or group of persons under eighteen years of age. All rubbish must be removed from the site. All decorations must be removed after use. The premises are not available from 5pm on Christmas Eve, all day Christmas Day, from 5pm on New Year's Eve and all day New Year's Day. The hirer is responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning occasioned by the hire will be charged extra.
